SALARY RANGE:3O/35 depending on experience

A fast-growing international communications consultancy employing over 400 people in 22 offices in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US. The opportunity is within the Content and Creative department, which is a 25+ strong team specialising in branding, corporate reporting and digital communications. We increase the power and value of our clients’ businesses through analysis, insight and creativity – helping them to tell their corporate story and deliver a compelling brand experience that helps them drive sustainable value to their stakeholders. Our approach is to gain a full understanding of key audiences; develop the right strategy; create engaging content; and deliver effective results through the imaginative use of a range of communications platforms and channels.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The team consists of a designers who deliver best advice, best execution across a range of creative projects. These include brand identity projects, corporate reports (printed and online) and digital communications projects, including corporate/investor websites and social media programmes.

RESPONSIBILIIES

  •  Able to aid in the development of the junior members of the team;
  • Identify and take forward opportunities to develop skill sets and knowledge e.g. training, membership and networking.
  • Working within the creative team to ensure high quality, award-winning creative output across three practice areas: brand, reporting and digital;
  • Presenting creative recommendations internally, to clients and potential clients in pitches;
  • Ability to create a trusted advisor relationship;
  • An ability to develop projects from concept to delivery across our practice areas

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum four years’ experience as a designer within a design agency
  • Emphasis on corporate reporting.
  • Additional desirable experience in a PR, Consultancy or other Agency environment would be an advantage.
  • Must be confident communicator – Literate and numerate
  • A’ level (or equivalent) education
  • Design training qualification
  • English speaker
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac (Photoshop), InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential.

  • Travel: UK and occasionally internationally
  • Working hours: 37.5 to be worked between 8.30am and 6pm
