OVERVIEW
Seeking an Account Manager to take on a growing number of clients across various sectors. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, managing and supporting corporate reporting projects (annual and sustainability reports and related projects) across print and digital mediums, and managing the expectations of our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, co-ordinating and working with the strategy, creative and production teams to deliver client projects on schedule and on budget.
GENERAL RESPOSIBILITIES
• Understanding of the clients’ strategy & communications with the client.
• Management of client requirements, objectives & expectations.
• Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations & client engagement.
• Finding new opportunities within existing clients & upselling where the client’s business will benefit from College Group services.
• Regular contact with clients.
• Ensure clients receive quality regular updates & reports showing project plans, objectives, KPIs, work completed and results.
• Manage the quality and flow of work through the design and production process.
• Briefing meetings with clients to establish and agree strategy, objectives, content and creative direction.
• Preparation of schedules, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Ensuring that agreed budgets are kept to throughout the project, and that clients are consulted if there is any possibility of additional cost.
• Meeting throughout project to present visuals and agree creative development.
• Direction of creative development with the creative team.
• Preparing printing specifications, obtaining competitive estimates and advising on relative merits of print quotes.
• Agreeing production dates with client and all suppliers and preparing timetable incorporating all stages of design development.
• Manage resource requirements with the Creative Production Directors.
• Incorporating client’s corrections and passing on corrections and ensuring that all amendments are accurately and efficiently implemented.
• Co-ordination of all proofing stages.
• Ensuring that the reproduction of illustrations, photography and colour work is of high quality.
• Liaising with the printer and checking proofs.
• Supervising all mailings and deliveries on completion of the project.
• Providing any feedback as agreed prior to or during the project.
NEW BUSINESS
- Helping to identify internal and external prospects.
- Prepare presentations to new business prospects including budget and timetable proposals.
- Helping sign up new clients.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- years corporate reporting experience desirable.
- Knowledge of managing accounts for FTSE 100/250 clients.
- It is essential that the individual is literate and articulate.
- Imaginative, bright, and enthusiastic.
- Graduate.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Must be confident communicator – Literate and numerate
- A’ level (or equivalent) education
- English speaker
- IT skills Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Travel: UK and internationally
Working hours Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
