OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Head of Digital Production and a Managing Partner, you would be required to scope, manage and deliver digital projects. Normally you would have client contact and be client-facing. Furthermore you will be expected to have experience of managing digital projects with budgets of £55K+. Working with the Head of Digital Production, you would also be responsible for writing project scopes, functional specifications, risks and assumptions as well as the timescales for the successful completion of the projects.

GENERAL RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Project Management of Digital projects is essential;
  • Experience of Corporate and Investor websites;
  • Ability to deliver a project within timeline and budget;
  • Budget management experience;
  • Able to handle multiple projects;
  • Previous client contact;
  • Thorough knowledge of Digital Project Management with at least 3 years demonstrable experience in a
  • web development environment in an agency or client side, delivering a range of multiple digital projects;
  • Excellent working knowledge of web technologies, with a background of building websites and online campaigns;
  • Experience of writing functional & technical specifications as well as extensive experience of creating detailed sitemaps and wireframes;
  • Produce project plans; manage workload and keep production on-track;
  • Excellent at scheduling with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track;
  • Ability to edit / update a website using the Content Management System available.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ work experience
  • Experience in a PR, Consultancy or other Agency environment would be an advantage.
  • Graduate.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Must be confident communicator – Literate and numerate
  • Degree level (or equivalent) education
  • English speaker
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, a good knowledge of Excel. Preferably Office 2010.
  • Prince2 foundation and practitioner course;
  • Agile Project Management Courses.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
  • Knowledge of Axure or other wireframing tools;
  • Digital marketing and campaign experience is a plus.

OTHER INFORMATION

Travel: UK occasionally
Working hours 37.5 to be worked between 8.30am and 6pm.
